Location ideal for what we needed. Well equipped. Comfortable beds. Light and well decorated

Noise from pub across the road most nights. Needs double glazing at front to kill traffic noise. Can get this even covenant’s are on the building. Entrance steps tricky when carrying cases etc.

Location great

We had an alarm go off for nearly all of our stay and despite calling throughout our stay to report nobody came to fix. I love Brixham and come most years but this ruined it. Added to that the virtual parking permit they said they’d issued obviously hadn’t been so got a parking fine!
