Stairs to lug luggage up and downstairs is very tiring with heavy cases

"Good location and nice, quiet flat."

Good location for the bus from the airport and for the centre of town. Near supermarkets and restaurants.. Big living room. Good kitchen (everything clean and worked OK). Good communication with the owner. Generally quiet as it overlooks a courtyard not a road. Up 3 flights of stairs. We would stay there again.

"Lackluster hosts, don't care much about your stay. Noisy apartment due to construction, no TV."

I like the location and the cleanliness.

The hosts show very little initiative to help with anything. There is a lot of noise in the apartment as it seems like there is construction going on inside the building. The advertisement mentions there is a TV, but that is nowhere to be found. When the hosts were informed, they told customer service that a TV would be brought. Alas, no TV after 3 nights of staying at the place. You would think that false advertisement is grounds for a lawsuit. The pillows in my opinion are very uncomfortable. In all fairness, the hosts said they would refund me for any nights if I decided to go somewhere else. I was too lazy and didn't want to waste my time arguing and instead spent it exploring the city. Otherwise, the apartment is clean. Oh and don't expect any laundry detergent. This was my first time using booking, and to be honest, I will probably stick to airbnb; customer service seems to be more of a priority there.
