Everything - we loved everything. Location was perfect because we could drive right there but it still felt so very private. Our Martian dome tent was awesome - big king bed and spacious with great ensuite. Pool was icy cold and great to relax by. We did the jeep tour which was fun (and the only one we saw driving around Wadi Rum with a canopy to help protect against the blazing sun). The Bedouin dinner was really special and delicious. All the staff were so friendly and went out of their way to make our stay special.

This property is in a good location and the staff were all very friendly. The pool is a lovely feature of the property and gives you somewhere to relax in between all of the various activities you can do in Wadi Rum. I stayed in a bubble tent which was spacious, had air con and warm water and was generally clean and comfortable. The hotel does a buffet every night and cooks lamb and chicken underground and the food was really excellent

Everything was spot on but it did get colder in the rooms at night so bring some warmer clothes to wrap up with

The staff at this camp were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. They even offered a complimentary upgrade, including a free lunch and breakfast. It's an excellent place for families, with a wide range of activities that can be conveniently booked through the reception. The prices are very reasonable, considering it's a tourist destination. I'll definitely be returning to this camp during my next visit to Wadi Rum.

The bathrooms could be better maintained. The complementary coffee and tea station in the room could also be improved. The tea bags were missing, and there was no small spoon or stick for mixing or stirring hot drinks. Only coffee sugar and coffee whitener were available, with two mugs. Overall, it was acceptable, and I didn't bother asking for the missing tea bags or the stirring sticks, which I'd assume they'd provide happily.
