The first thing that one does when when they arrive is to read the rules and policies of the place. The very first policy that was on the wall read as follows: "...With due respect, we are running a business here. Please pay for bookings. NO PAY NO ROOM" which is outright rude. Just because you begin your statement with "with all due respect", doesn't mean it'll sound respectful, most especially if what you are going to say next is plainly rude and suggest that you see your customers as crooks. A payment is made before you receive a booking confirmation email from booking.com, which is why I didn't even understand the necessity of that statement. Welcoming your customers would be a way to go. Secondly was the issue of housekeeping. On our 3 nights stay, no housekeeping was done. Thirdly, there are several options to choose from in terms of rooms and the number of people you are booking for. We chose an option that says 2 adults, of which the booking fee was higher than when you book for 1 person, yet they still placed one hand towel and one wrapping towel, which suggest that they weren't for two adults, plus we never received any other towels during our stay as there was no housekeeping done. Another thing, while we browse for places to stay, we often select a place based on amenities, one which would be an airconditioner. I think they should delist airconditioner as one of their amenities since it's not there. However, they can state that there is a fan that can be used during hot seasons, because that's what they have. Overall, I think the service should be improved. The place itself looks nice, but they need to adopt proper procedures and processes.
