"Neseriozitate-rezervare neonorată"

Nimic, această rezervare neonorată mai rău mi-a încurcat planurile.

Am găsit apartamentul disponibil pe Booking pentru data la care aveam nevoie de o noapte de cazare în București. Am rezervat și am achitat (nerambursabil), pentru ca peste noapte să găsesc un mesaj de la gazdă că apartamentul nu este disponibil pentru că se renovează și mi s-a cerut să anulez rezervarea (asta ar fi însemnat să pierd suma plătită). Am contactat serviciul relații clienți și am anulat până la urmă (deși suma nu a fost încă returnată). Gazdele pot învăța din asta să blocheze disponibilitatea apartamentului în astfel de situații. Faptul că a trebuit să dau telefoane, să schimb planurile și să caut alte soluții a fost incomod și mi-a consumat mult timp. Aceasta este lipsă de respect față de clienți și lipsă de profesionalism.

Great location, perfect apartment for one night. The host handed over the keys smoothly and without any problems

It was hard to find the building – we had to ask the security for directions. Also, new bedding would be appreciated
