Je n ai pas pour habitude de laisser un mauvais avis , peut être n avons eu pas de chance . La chambre était rempli de petite bêtes photos à l appui , les draps de lit et de bains était sale ! Les bouteilles d eau laissé dans la chambre était déjà ouverte ! La table de la terrasse ne tenait pas et a failli nous tomber dessus ! De plus, elle est ébréché partout ! Le personnel ne nous a à peine adressé la parle sauf pour réclamer la taxe de séjour ! Pour le déjeuner la vaisselle était sale ! Le soir nous avons décider de réclamer pour la chambre mais personnes n est finalement venu ! Nous étions tellement exténué que nous avons décider de rester mais ce séjour est plus que décevant surtout que nous avons payé pour la suite et que c était notre anniversaire de mariage ! Il y a de la moisissure plein les mur et le plafond s effrite sur le canapé !

The size of the room and the views from it were exceptional. The breakfast was enormous and all freshly made and very tasty. Nice to have bathrobes, enormous shower and big towels and a beautiful balcony in our suite plus a fridge Nespresso machine and kettle.

There is no access to the beach from this hotel so the description is a little deceptive..It is perched high above it on cliffs and you cannot walk to it. The photo I hsve uploaded shows the cliffs with the hitel above.The hotel is a very long way from the town so you have to use taxis all the time. We had checked that food was available in the evenings as we had been travelling all day..and there was a comprehensive menu in our room, but it turned out that only pizzas or burgers were available which they get from a local fast food place..nothing of the evening is cooked there. We were also not allowed to eat until 9pm at night due to Ramadan which we found surprising as we had been staying in other places before coming here and they were happy to serve early evening. The other issue is the bathroom in the bedroom..it is open plan! There are two net curtains either side but they do not close so there is zero visual privacy and everything can be heard! We ended up using the toilets in reception! The property is quite tired...damp patches and flaking paint are easily visible and my husband sat on a broken chair by the pool. We told the receptionist it was broken and put it to one side, but it was put back out again later. The most disappointing thing was the lack of a warm welcome when we arrived. We were simply asked for passports, given forms to fill in and shown our room with no explanations of facilities or times for meals etc. Other staff were more friendly and smiled a lot, but this lady seemed to never really want to engage with us, even though we speak French.

Pas de chance car très mauvais temps (limite tempête) et beaucoup d’eau pénétrait dans la chambre donc très pénible. Et après deux constatations on nous a chat de chambre
