This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform ita est in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of EUR 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. When travelling with dogs, please note that an extra charge of € 15 per pet, per night applies. Please note that bed linen and towels are not provided. Guests can bring their own or rent them at the property [Please contact the property before arrival for rental.] Please note only regular electricity consumption is included in the rate. Charging the electric car at the house and leaving the air condition on when not at the house is not allowed. Managed by a private host A deposit may be required at the property.
