The apartment was clean and communication excellent, we drove from UK to Italy and were delayed due to bad weather but we were reassured this wasn't an issue and they were very accommodating. Overall a very pleasant stay and I would highly recommend.

My only criticism would be that the vending machines took only euro's and we were unable to get a drink on arrival as we did not have any euro's and there was not kettle in the room. The vending machine with care payment option would be better I think
