Sea Wave Beach Resort

Very good hotel, staff also good, clean and peaceful place to visit with family.

The property has beach access located just next to the Biswa Bangla gate. There is a restaurant which serves decent food. The catering staff’s behaviour was good.

They didn’t know about our booking and they were surprised when we showed up. Later the lady owner of the hotel asked us to cancel the booking through Booking.com and pay them directly in cash which we refused. They don’t provide water in the rooms. Air conditioning in 1 room was leaking water on the bed.

Location wise it is good. Food was good.

No proper communication was done for room change, had to pay lot of extra money

Room service is a bit slow

Room was clean but no necessary kit in washroom. Location was very good. Breakfast food variety can be improved. Maintenance of room can be improved.

We have experienced a door locking issue on the first instance then a new room was allocated after a small contention.
