The apartment is at a great location in the city center and near the seaside promenade. It is big, clean and has everything you need. Andrea picked me up at the train station, which was really amazing as I had big bags and a dog. The street outside is very loud but the noise disappears when you close the windows.

It's only a pity that there's no living room, which would be good for larger groups and longer stays. I was perfectly happy as it is though, as you can also hang out in the kitchen.

Andrea was a great host. He picked us up at the train station and took us to the place. He was very responsive and helped tremendously with questions I had re taxis, etc. The unit itself was very nice, 2 bedrooms, big bathroom and kitchen, nice area, quiet rooms when windows are closed.

The beds were quite uncomfortable--very firm mattresses. There is an A/C unit but it's outside of the rooms, so the only way to get any airflow is to leave the bedroom doors open, and even then, it just wouldn't cool down enough. We happened to be in town when it was nearly 100 degrees, so maybe this wouldn't be an issue when it's not so hot. There are fans in each of the rooms, but we still were very warm at night. The location is fine if you are wanting to hang out in La Spezia since the main drag is a 2 min walk, but with a solid 15-20 minute walk (and that's a power walk) to the train station to get to the villages, it was not a super convenient location for us, as our main objective was to spend time in the villages, not La Spezia. A taxi ride costs about 20 euros, and it's a 5 min ride to the station.

Great place to spend three nights,everything was in the apartment that you needed, very central easy walk to most places, Andrea was really good even picked us up from the train station and spent time in the apartment showing us everything, easy to contact via WhatsApp, we would recommend staying here to anyone.

The best place to stay ever! Just like a home away from home kind of feeling❤️ Everything was perfection from the moon we landed and the host Andrea even came to pick us up from the train station! From the time we landed to the min we left, he was in touch with us, helping us with all our arrangements and great advice! The apartment is very very spacious and the most cleanest with a warm cozy feel! Having a washing machine helped a lot! Huge kitchen with all amenities as well! Very centrally located just a couple of mins walking from the port area as well as the main center. But the highlight for us was just the kindness of the host Andrea! We will definitely be coming back again here❤️🥰

Location was excellent . Close to centre, port and train station. Excellent coffee shops and restaurants 5 minutes away. Andrea our host was so accommodating and helpful and went out of his way to make our stay special. The apartment was spotless , beds very comfortable . We were very happy with our stay and look forward to return visit.
