Roomy One bed loft apartment

Whilst grounds were dirty The flat itself was pleasant and roomy

Apartment itself was clean, light and airy. Host was responsive to messages and pleasant.

Beds and mattresses years past their best, very uncomfortable and obviously were the cheapest possible when purchased. Sheets didn't fit beds (see pics) and again, all bedding was obviously very very cheap. Cooking equipment in need of either replacement or deep cleaning (see pics). Entrance hall and stairways dirty and in need of maintenance - dreadful first impression.

A couple of pointers for the owner: The lower lock bolt on the apartment door would not close fully, either from outside the door or inside. The heating system operation was not as simple to operate as the booklet indicated. On opening the fridge door we noticed the bottom shelf on the door had a crack in it- before we started to put any food inside the fridge.

Very spacious, bright and clean appartment with good facilities.

The mattresses on the beds were too soft for us and probably for anyone with back problems.

The flat is beautifully light. It’s nicely located if you like to walk (we had no car). The walk to it from the station is nice. It offers everything you need for a short stay.

The entrance to the building is rundown and not inviting. The furniture in the flat is rudimentary but ok. The heat of the water in the shower is difficult to adjust.
