Villa Peroni Lake Como Classic with Swimming pool

Die Aussicht war toll.

Leider war die Wohnung nicht sehr sauber. Aus der Spülmaschine und dem Spülbecken kamen sehr unangenehme Gerüche. Der Toilettendeckel ist beim aufklappen abgefallen und ein Fenster hing aus den Angeln. Laut Beschreibung sind kostenlose Parkplätze vorhanden, allerdings waren alle neben dem Haus belegt. Uns wurde dann mitgeteilt, wir hätten einen Tiefgaragenstellplatz. Die Tiefgarage konnten wir allerdings nicht nutzen, da sie sehr schmal und nicht sehr hoch war. Wir sind mit einem größeren Auto und Dachgepäckträger angereist. Außerdem konnte man unsere Wohnung, die sich in einem Haus unterhalb befand, von oben nur durch die Tiefgarage und zahlreiche Treppen erreichen. War natürlich um das Gepäck in die Wohnung zu schaffen nicht der Hit. Den Pool haben einige Leute benutzt, da er aber nicht sonderlich groß war, haben wir darauf verzichtet uns auch noch dazuzuquetschen. Preis-Leistung stand daher in keinem Verhältnis.

Argegno is a great, local village of Lake Como. Not any touristy things there except boat hire and a few restaurants/trattoria. Great views, easy access.

Could do with supplying a few basics (coffee/tea, olive oil, salt/pepper etc). The carpark is TIGHT! Parked our hire car at ground level.

Die Lage der Villa und Aussicht vom Balkon und Garten ist unglaublich schön!!! Weiters sehr viele romantische Sitzgelegenheiten im Garten, die zum Verweilen einladen. Schwimmbad perfekt für zwischendurch zum Abkühlen und Entspannen. Wir hatten es fast immer für uns alleine. Appartement auch sehr komfortabel und Betten sehr bequem. Vermieter sehr freundlich und antwortet sehr rasch auf offene Fragen und auch sehr entgegenkommend bezüglich früheren Check-in.

Bad riecht etwas muffig und Sauberkeit noch etwas verbesserungswürdig

The view from the room is very beautiful. The room is spacious and can easily walking down to the city. Mohammad is waiting for us and guiding us to the room.

It's not so clean, especially at the toilet. I need to clean it again. We didn't find the swimming pool there. To get to the room, we have to walk down the stone stair which is not easy with big luggage.

Absolutely beautiful property. The most magnificent view surrounds the property. A visual delight and a haven of peace. I would love to return. Situated only a few minutes walk from the main square.

Beautifully renovated apartment with stunning views from every window. There are a lot of stairs to get to the property. It's not uncommon for Italy, and it's totally worth it for the views - just something to be aware of. Great communication from the hosts, and they greeted us on arrival and showed us around the apartment. Quiet part of the lake, but easy access to the ferry and a few local restaurants and bars at the bottom of the stairs.
