Beautiful view, hot water and extremely well located. Really value for money

It can get quite noisy as it’s on the second floor along a road. The windows could be of better quality to reduce the noise.

The view was to die for. The apartment was super clean and well decorated, it even smelled good! There are 2 great places to eat right below. The ferry is a 10 minute walk and the bus is too. A little further down the road, away from the crazy crowds.

You cannot improve it, as every grand hotel with a view has this issue, but the traffic is loud, but it's the only main road.

A beautifully decorated apartment, with everything you could need. All rooms are spotlessly clean, each with amazing views across to Bellagio. Excellent Wifi, coffee pod machine, smart TV, wireless phone chargers, adapter plugs, memory foam pillows, dressing gowns. The owner has literally thought of everything!

The owner has no control over this, but the noise from the constant traffic did mean no sleep before 11pm and after 5.30am. We are however used to zero traffic at home, so it may not seem so bad if it's something you're accustomed to. Subsequently it's a trade off for superb views and the excellent apartment, so we were still sorry to leave when the time came 😔

Fantastic apartment. Exceptional decor. Ceiling fans in every room. Gorgeous view, directly on the lake. Kitchen had everything I could have possibly wanted. It's clear that the owner thought through the possible needs of guests and had equipped the apartment to be helpful. I loved that she had equipped the apartment with a compact, tower fan. She stocked the kitchen with basic cooking necessities like herbs, olive oil, salt and pepper. Good supply of coffee canisters for the coffee machine. Super experience. Oh, and its a short walk to the ferry dock (300 meters) and to Villa Carlotta (about 1 km).

Wasn't quite sure how to use the convection / microwave. Parking is a bit of a challenge....not just for this apartment, but for every facility along the lakeside drive....however; we got to Griante about 4:30 PM and people were starting to leave from the ferry dock's parking lot. Bring coins to feed the parking machine. With about 5 - 6 Euros of coins, I was able to buy a parking validation that covered most of the day. Parking is free between 1900 in the evening to 0900 in the morning, and the parking validation machine will credit the paid parking time from one day into the next.

Absolutely incredible apartment in great location. Super clean, modern appliances, friendly helpful host, incredible views, fans in every room.
