Great location - steps to everything! Spacious apartment with washer, dryer, kitchen, BBQ… everything you’d need for a comfortable stay.

Great location and had everything we needed.

It was well stocked with items for our stay.

Found a used floss on the bathroom counter which was gross so I had to clean the bathroom counters myself. Some of the towels had stains on them, so I had to wash them in the washer. The washer machine was dirty and the inside door was wet when I opened it so it smelled a little inside the washer. When I went to wipe the inside door the paper towel turned dark brown and full of sand, so I had to clean the washer machine before I could use it. Outdoor patio furniture was very dirty and had to clean it several times over to get it clean enough to sit on or use.

Pool was closed for a couple of days. No one in person to contact if needed anything, like a hotel front desk

The location of the complex is perfect. Close to everything in Kihei and to Wailea beaches. The complex is maintained very good and pool is close by. The unit is in excellent condition with what looks like recent remodel of kitchen and bath rooms. AC units work good when needed, but a nice breeze also works good at times.

The view from the wind was not as nice as we expected. Some kind of shade on the main patio would be nice for late morning and afternoon.on the main patio. The beds were on the firm side for us. We have not experienced the roosters on past trips. But they do wake you up at night. Not sure if anything can be done as they are all over the island.
