Pitchner Place Creek, Hot Tub, Wine Country

The location was so quiet and absolutely stunning, sitting in the hot tub and watching the stars was the highlight of my night. We were looking for a place where we could star gaze and was still close to Jerome. (Which is a great place to visit, we loved the history.) The home has everything you need for your stay. Thank you for making our 30 year anniversary even more special.

Feels like home all around. Private retreat from the pace of travel.

The sheets on the king bed were in a tumble during the night. Maybe they didn’t fit the mattress.

The gated area for parking in a quiet neighborhood with nature and the view. The hot tub and sounds of the river. The area with the gas fireplace is lovely! The location is convenient from the gas station only five minutes. The owner was responsive and went beyond to accommodate and make sure everything was terrific. The cleaning with clear instructions. The ability to wash clothes with added benefits of supplies for keeping everything clean and what would make you feel a home away from home. The large fireplace with large TV! Books and a desk. The Tesla charger is an add and the ability to have a way to gate the area for the quiet peaceful retreat to enjoy wine was absolutely amazing! This place is clean and having an usable full kitchen for longer stays. The keriug coffee maker with supplies was a nice surprise. Additionally a full container of soaps for the shower and extra paper towels and toilet paper. Clean linens and the add of makeup removal washcloths. The robs was Additionally a nice addition. This location has thought of everything to make the stay comfortable and relaxing as everything is set up for an enjoyable time! Thanks again for your attention to details and products. Everything was great! Thoughtfully designed and equipped with everything for a comfortable and peaceful stay.

The quiet location was perfect for a relaxing stay yet close enough to the surrounding Red Rocks area for hiking. The house was beautiful and the area was very peaceful.

We enjoyed everything about the house and wished we could have stayed longer.

The owners are very responsive and kind. The hot tub was perfect to unwind in. The creek isn't far away to go sit and meditate. The kitchen is fully equipped. The beds are comfy.

The walls to the adjoining unit are pretty thin. So if there's a group staying there you'll most likely hear them. We went for a quiet, peaceful weekend and there was a loud group of women next door.

The design of the house is beautiful and both bedrooms and the living area/kitchen felt very spacious. The house was absolutely spotless as well. The beds were very comfortable with nice linens. The views from the bedrooms are just amazing. The TV/Roku set-up was very convenient and easy to use. The kitchen is beautiful and very well-equipped. We did not cook but would have had everything we needed if we decided to stay in. There is a RO water filter on the countertop which was very nice to have. There is a lovely desk and work station set up next to the kitchen, and it would be perfect for working remotely. The outdoor spaces were wonderful with beautiful views. We spent hours sitting near the fire pit watching thunderstorms in the distance one afternoon. We did not use the hot tub, but it looked nice and the location of it was perfect next to the primary bedroom. The AC system was easy to use, and it kept the house the perfect temperature (very nice in the hot weather). We turned the AC off whenever we left the house as requested, and the temperature still felt great whenever we returned. We loved the location as well. It's a little remote, so it's nice and quiet but very close to good restaurant options in Cornville and Cottonwood. It was also easy to get back and forth from Sedona.

There are two parts of the house, and there is a door connecting the units off of the kitchen that could use more soundproofing. It was a little loud when there were people staying next door, but very peaceful otherwise! We also wished the couch was a little more comfortable in the living room, but that may be personal preference.

Beautiful grounds/views

The shower in the master bath…water gets everywhere because it’s an open shower. Also there is a larger home behind it but it’s connected and we could hear the group in that house until about midnight with music and laughing.
