The door key was those we use on a bathroom or closet. I complaint right away and the owner said she was far and could do nothing about. I requested my money back because, obviously I didn't feel secure. I also complaint to customer service. I dont know what worked, but suddenly she informed me that someone was coming to put a security lock on the door. I wish everything stopped there, but no way! The apartment is highly cockroaches infested It's extremely NOISY. it is located almost at street level next to a very traffic highway. Light in bathroom extremely low, not possible to use for shaving or putting make up on. Had to do it in balcony with portable mirror. Kitchen sink drips constantly, and when opening the faucet the water coming out is extremely little No soap, no shampoo, no toothbrush, no toothpaste like offered in ALL other apartments I stayed everywhere, including this same building. NOT even WATER bottle or filter like in ALL other apartments I rented in the same building. How cheap is that? TV is just 32" compared to 55" and 60" in other apartments in same building only ONE pot to cook and it is RUSTY NOTHING is good in this apartment, except for decoration, which is cute Even the coach is uncomfortable to sit on in front of the TV Do NOT rent this crappy horrible apartment. Look for others high up and away from the street, the building has a U shape with both ends pointing to the highway.

Bon lit, eau chaude. Appartement situé dans Tagaytay Prime Residences, l'appartement n'a pas de vue en soi mais accès possible au roof top au 23e étage avec une magnifique vue sur le lac Taal. Bien situé à proximité de la gare routière.

L'appartement aurait eu être plus propre. La clim est insérée dans le mur avec de grands espaces vides autour, entraînant une communication avec l'extérieur : au 5e étage, on entend extrêmement bien les bruits de la grande route qui passe à proximité. Le robinet de la cuisine fuit (une bassine a été laissée dessous). Le propriétaire nous a mentionné après notre réservation un problème de cafards, effectivement nous en avons vu quelques petits. La piscine était en travaux, ce qui ne nous avait pas été communiqué. Nous avons trouvé le prix élevé par rapport à la prestation.

I like the ambiance and how cldan it is. The host was so approachable too.

Just one thing. Maybe they should update their list for the things that is in the accomodation. Because we also chose it cause it says that there's a hair dryer but there's none. Something like that. But overall, I had a good stay. It helped me relax.
