Literally everything. Entire accommodation is brand new. It looks even better than on photos. There are everything that you would possibly need in a trip. Very bright, because it’s important for me to have lots of light in the room. There are lots of cute little details that show how mindful were owners during creating this space for their guests. Location is really good. 30 minutes drive from Naples, 20 minutes drive from Pompeii, 1 hour drive to Sorrento. There is an absolutely wonderful cafe for quick breakfast and tea/coffee in 10 minutes walk distance“Pasticceria Liguoro”. Gio, the owner, was very friendly and caring as well. There is a parking space for a car as well.

I’ll start off by saying there is one thing that I truly hate about this place and that one thing is that I didn’t find it until the end of my trip! This beautiful newly remodeled place checks all the boxes! 1. QUIET AND COMFORTABLE! The most comfortable bed I’ve slept in, EVER! I’m not sure if the windows are double or triple paned but, they’re magnificent. The apartment also sits at the back of the building so you don’t get any street sounds. Also, it’s on the top level so, no sounds from someone above you. The neighbors are very quiet too. I love the motorized shades, you can adjust how much light comes through or have it completely pitch black so you can sleep in. You’ll want to sleep in too, that bed is like sleeping on a cloud. 2. THE VIEW! You can see the ocean and mountains and below you look upon a beautiful farm that had grape vines and apple trees. 3. PRIVATE PARKING SPOT! It is located behind a secure gate on the property conveniently next to the stairwell. For those that don’t know, parking can be a nightmare and even if a place says there is parking, it means there is a parking garage you can pay to park in. The issue with this is, it’s not safe, you have to lug your belongings from your car (which isn’t unusual to be well over a kilometer away) and you’re going to pay anywhere from 18 Euro all the way to 50 Euro a day to park your car. That’s something I neglected to factor in when finding a rentals previously. At this rental, private parking is included in the rate! 4. THE DESIGN of this new remodel is perfect! No tacky decor, a huge flat screen Smart TV in line with the bed (no neck strain from odd TV placement) that has Netflix and several other apps. Hardwood floors, 12 foot high ceilings (they might be higher I didn’t measure) and the bathroom! Gorgeous! Almost entirely encased in marble with gold veining, a large open concept shower with a wand and rainfall shower head. Of course a toilet and bidet.
