Beautiful apartment, very spacious, high quality, very clean, top end . Faultless.

Absolutely beautiful apartment with generous facilities and a fantastic added bonus of the balcony where we enjoyed gazing at the wonderful sea view with glass of wine in hand . The communal garden was beautiful too.

There was nothing not to like.

Key box code was changed when we get in there and no one picked up the call, we waited there for atleast half & hour or may be more then someone picked up the call and told us that code has been changed but did not updated us.

Location was beautiful - short walk to Shanklin Village. Loved the sea view. Parking facilities were excellent. So easy to check-in & check-out - key collection was simple & instructions were clear. Apartment was spacious, airy & quiet. Bed was very comfortable - slept so well. Washing machine was really beneficial. Ironing board was so convenient.

Apartment wasn't cleaned to a minimum standard - generally, it was 'grubby' which was really surprising & disappointing. Cobwebs everywhere!!! Plughole in the bath was full of hair from previous visitors. Toilet seat was dirty. Splashback & extractor fan on cooker was visibly covered in grease. Ironing board cover was badly burnt & warranted a replacement. Couldn't dine-out on the balcony as the table was far too low. Shower head wasn't secure - it fell off as soon as water was turned on. Lightbulbs missing from ceiling in living room. Patio door didn't lock. Please give this beautiful apartment some much needed elbow-grease & TLC & it will be the 'perfect' place to stay.

The property has an amazing location, is clean and spacious and perfect for a trip with friends, family or your partner!

Kitchen was easy to use, dining area and lounge very pleasant with the balcony and sea view.
