The Cosy Grove had everything we needed: comfort, space & convenience. The property is extremely well equipped with all mod cons. Bedrooms were really comfortable. Plenty of towels etc supplied. The area of Ballyholme is really lovely and quiet with the beach in really close proximity. Private parking was an added bonus. Checkin & communication with Cavan was faultless. We will definitely be back.

Was comfortable for the four members of my family . The beach is a short walk away with a superb cafe ( Starfish) as well as shops, including a co-op and a bakery. There is also a takeaway just opened, which we used one evening, and the food was good and varied.

The location was perfect for the wedding at Culloden Estate. The house was very pretty with superb taste. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you for making our weekend so special.
