The care taker was not helpful and responsive.

Worst experience all the information which has been given is totally wrong because it's very different to reach on the hotel no parking no wifi no eminitied staf is totally mannerless and don't know how to speak with customer

There is nothing to like i booked this hotel because I saw good reviews which is totally wrong

The owners were very friendly and was always ready to help.

The whole stay was very comfortable and safe. There was no such negative thing.

The bed was spacious and the mattress was pleasantly firm, which made for a comfortable night’s sleep. The hosts were willing to change the bedsheets when we pointed out the issue, which we appreciated.

The accommodation was extremely difficult to find at night, with no clear directions or helpful communication from the host. Cleanliness was far below acceptable standards: the bedsheets were dirty on arrival and the bathroom was unclean, with visible hair and dirt. We had to clean it ourselves before being able to use it. The most serious issue was that the entrance was locked from the outside during the night. In the morning, we were unable to leave the property and effectively felt locked in, which caused real distress and panic. When we finally reached the host, the response was dismissive rather than understanding, which made the situation even more concerning. Overall, this was a very uncomfortable experience and we would not recommend staying here.

Quite comfortable near Shivala Ghat. Assi ghat at walking distance. Also 2 km from gondolia chowk. Nice suggestion by the owner for food.Dont forget to go to the Kerala cafe(Recommend)
