Nice room in a good price.

For an older person the bed was very low to the ground, which made it a little more challenging to get up in the morning and the mattress could have been a little more comfortable

The friendly behaviour of staff a d helping nature. The breakfast was awesome. Must try the peach tea they provide in breakfast option.

Language barrier, but that was managable with the transalator. It would be good, if some basic english is known.

Location. Close to the beach. New furniture.

Smell. The first room smells so much after smoking cigarettes, second room had terrible mold. Third room was the best but still you can smell cigarettes.

(+) A very convenient location in the city of Danang, near the My Khe beach, on a busy street with lots of restaurants of many kind, massage salons, motorbike renting, etc. (+) Good breakfast included in the price. (+) Very clean place. (+) Super equipment, very good air conditioning, high tech TV with super large screen. (+) Free wifi everywhere in the hotel. (+) Friendly staff, operating 24/7.

(-) Once or twice in the week, some rooms may not be absolutely quiet in the evening, because of the noise from the street below.

Good location

Mold on bathroom walls, overall humidity, had no room cleaning in 3 days staying there.

The best breakfast we had in Vietnam by a landslide. Comfortable bed. Great location close to the beach.

Small rooms. Wet bathroom.
