Charming Downtown Studio - Ideal Location for Exploring Houston

​"I had a very pleasant stay at this place. The location is exceptional, being so close to La Galleria and many high-end restaurants. It was perfect for getting around and finding everything I needed. ​One of the biggest highlights was how quiet and peaceful the atmosphere was, which I truly appreciated. Additionally, having on-site parking was a huge convenience and made my stay much easier. ​My only suggestion for improvement is to strictly enforce a no-smoking policy indoors. Many guests, including myself, are sensitive to the smell of smoke and prefer a clean, smoke-free environment. ​Overall, it’s a fantastic spot, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located place to stay."

Location, TV remote was missing had new one delivered along with extra towels.

The location was prime for the Galleria Mall!! The ease of getting into my room and the communication with property manager was smooth at all times.

Location. Very close to places in the agenda to visit.

Incomplete set of kitchen and bathroom accesories. No possible to lock from inside. Lack of more windows and the only one is not safe. There is not screen protector for the window. Even there are cameras, this is not enough to act in case of emergency. The room gets pretty easy smelly, maybe because the lack of windows or the lack of quality cleaning. One of the lights in the restroom suddenly was blinking, reason why it has to be turned off. Outside of building not very clean and need cleaning and better parking areas with concrete in good shape. There were roaches found in the restroom. Recommend pest control.

The neighbor was screaming all the night, the people spoke loud also the studio looks dirty.
