Cheap and clean

Clean & well maintained property in a central location. Friendly responsive host, clear instructions & easy check in. Big fan of the individual rooms with shared facilities as it keeps costs down while still having access to all the facilities of a house. Bed very comfortable, room bright & spacious. The fan was a lifesaver on the hottest day of the year. Lots of traffic outside but was surprisingly quiet inside.

Not a lot to dislike at all just a few small improvement points. Having a bedroom door with a regular keyhole lock from the outside & knob on the inside would be preferable. A hook closer to the shower so you can hang a towel without having to get the floor wet to grab it from the back of the door after a shower. List of recommendations is always appreciated, I only noticed it close to check out buried in a plastic wallet behind pages of rules. Would be nice to have it on display in the bedroom.

This property was located in a good location. Car parking access was readily available. The house was clean.

The owner keeps checking on the camera all the time. Had a very unpleasant conversation about the situation that disturbed my mind during my wedding. Everything was explained in advance why we needed the apartment, but the owner was more concerned about how much extra to charge us. Never spoke to anyone who was that rude.

Everything is ok. The room is good, the house is good, the owner is good. Additional recommendations: Just add shower gel and a hair dryer in the bathroom. It would be great for those who come to stay suddenly at night because all the shops are closed and you can't buy them in a hurry.

Great to be hosted by such an attentive family. Prince and his wife were more than available on my day of arrival. Thoroughly enjoyed staying in Swindon.
