Adorable 1 bedroom apartment in Ironbridge

The property is in a fantastic location for getting into Ironbridge (10 minute walk). Check-in was really easy due to the external lock box and helpful instructions on how to find the property. We also appreciated the slightly later checkout (11am).

The property smelt damn and unpleasant, presumably due to the lack of air/ventilation from having no windows. The floorboards in the property situated above the bedroom creeked very loudly and woke us up when the owners were walking around in the morning.

It was easy to collect the keys, and get set up. The host was really responsive and the bed was so comfy.

Although this seems like a Telford-wide issue, I really struggled staying connected to the WiFi, and my standard phone signal wasn’t too good either.

Lovely area, great little place

Parking was tricky but we managed.

Everything was there for us when we arrived. They always left messages very promptly so we could arrive and get the key from the lock. They also provided extra bedding, which is very kind of them. And a little chocolate bar and breakfast as an extra touch.

Great location just a short walk from the Main Street. Easy to find with the directions provided and convenient parking. We were left in privacy and not disturbed by the hosts but felt we could have easily contacted them if needed. The apartment is nice and cosy and had all we needed for our short stay.
