O Kipos

Für uns ist O Kipos der perfekte Ort der Erholung. Wir hatten keine Schwierigkeiten unseren Alltag hinter uns zu lassen und haben uns sofort wie Zuhause gefühlt. Von den Zimmern aus, hat man direkten Zugang auf die obere Terasse mit einem tollen Blick auf hügelige Landschaften und den Sternenhimmel. Am besten hat uns aber der liebevoll angelegte Garten gefallen, den man von der unteren Terasse aus vor Augen hat. Man fühlt sich wie in einem Botanischen Garten, in dem man Stundenlang den Schmetterlingen und anderen geheimnisvollen Insekten bei der Arbeit zusehen kann. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt, ausser vielleicht an noch mehr Zeit, die wir gerne noch hier verbracht hätten. Vielen Dank für die Gastfreundschaft und bis zum nächsten mal :)

Αν βρείτε διαθεσιμότητα κλείστε το αμέσως!!! Αυτό το σπίτι είναι ένα διαμάντι!! Η κα Νίκη και ο σύζυγός της ο Robert έχουν φτιάξει το σπίτι και τον κήπο με πολύ αγάπη!! Είναι εξαιρετικοί και φιλόξενοι άνθρωποι διατηρώντας την διακριτικότητα τους. Δύο μεγάλα υπνοδωμάτια με άνετο στρώμα και το καθένα με ιδιωτικό μπάνιο και WC μαζί με ένα πολύ μεγάλο μπαλκόνι με εξαιρετική θέα βρίσκονται στον επάνω όροφο. Στον κάτω όροφο έχει μια 100% πλήρης και λειτουργική κουζίνα με σαλόνι και τον πολύ όμορφο κήπο που δεν θέλαμε να φύγουμε. Και όλα αυτά σε ένα ήσυχο και φιλόξενο χωριό της Εύβοιας που λίγοι γνωρίζουν!! Θέα, ησυχία, ομορφιά και όλα όσα χρειάζεσαι πολύ κοντά σου στο χωρίο: καφέ, φούρνος, φαρμακείο αρκετές και καλές επιλογές για φαγητό Εμείς το επισκέφτηκαμε τον Αύγουστο αλλά θα θέλαμε να πάμε και άλλες εποχές. Σίγουρα θα ξαναγυρίσουμε!!

the location was wonderful, the hosts were great. it was the most beautiful and comfortable accommodation I have ever had. good surroundings to visit, beautiful beaches nearby, 5-15 km. taverns with traditional food at low prices. Nicky and Richard are wonderful hosts without being intrusive. thank you!

The property was very well supplied (especially kitchen) and had all the comforts of home. The inside and outside spaces were all very enjoyable to relax in and make oneself at home. Nicky was very easy to communicate with and extremely welcoming. Great spot to explore from!

Beautiful and quiet, this place boasts an amazing view. The house is truly spacious and located in a peaceful area surrounded by mesmerizing views. It's the perfect location to take a break from the hustle and bustle of the city. The owners are incredibly friendly and helpful. We will surely keep this place in mind for our future getaways. The internet connection is not reliable, so keep it in mind if you plan to work there.

The way the house is decorate, every thing new and / or well kept, Thinking about the small details that give a homely and cozy feeling .Fully equipped kitchen rich in ingredients, grate view and calm atmosphere.
