Excellent location, good facilities.

The key box code we were given was incorrect. When we were given the code there was no key. We understand there were issues with the cleaner, which lead to over an hour waiting to gain access. These things happen, but we feel the owner should have been updating us regularly, rather than us having to ring/message. There was a trailing electrical extension lead going right across the doorway to the bathroom. Not safe!

The bed linens from the previous guest were still inside the washing machine but there was no detergent in sight (I bought later my own detergent). It begs the question how were the linens washed? The drying stand was taken away 3 days into my stay. The host Lucia promised to return it but it had never happened. Eventually she suggested I dry my clothes on chairs inside the apartment. The bed in the "bedroom" is not very wide and it is short - if you are taller than 1.90cm you have to lie on the diagonal. There is no terrace. The apartment is on the ground floor and it faces the common court yard. If you want any privacy you have to close the outside shutters so natural light is almost never there. The bed in the bedroom has a terrible smell (cigarette smoke or something) and the sleeping corner where the bed was had no airflow.

The host is wonderful: very helpful!
