Locatia usor de gasit. Gazda a fost foarte primitoare. Plaja este la aproximativ 10 minute de mers pe jos, in zona sunt magazine cu de toate. Apartamenul a fost curat si foarte frumos amenajat. În dormitoare sunt cearșafuri, stergare sunt foarte multe, pentru plajă noi am folosit stergarele noastre. Este foarte bine dotat, sunt toate cele necesare în bucătărie a fost peste asteptari. Plaja este amenajată cu umbrele și sezlonguri, ca să ai acces la ele trebuie sa cumperi ceva de la ei chiar si suma minimă, dar este si plaja publică, la locatie era si umbrela de plajă, dar noi nu am folosit-o. Noi am ales plaja Afitos din zona cam la 10 min de mers cu mașina, plaja este mult mai frumoasa, aici sezlongurile variaza ca pret primul rând costa 30 euro umbrela cu doua sezlonguri, rândul 2 - 20 euro și deja trebuie sa cumperi mâncare de la ei. Noi bauturi cumpăram de la ei, dar am ales să mâncâm la tavernele din sat sau de pe plajă. Sătucul Afitos este mult mai pitoresc, cu multe taverne, priveliste spectaculoasă catre mare de sus.

După plecare am primit de la gazdă mesaj ca nu am lasat casa in condții bune, de fapt nu am inteles ce a vrut sa zică si dacă noi eram obligati să facem curatenie generală când am plecat. Am scos gunoiul, am spălat vesela, am spălat stergarele am udat gazonul. Practic veneam noaptea si plecam dimineața, decat somn, baie si mâncare nu am facut nimic. Logic ca era nevoie de curățenie generală dupa ce am plecat, dar nu cred ca noi eram responsabili de făcut curățenie generală. Am scris mesaj ca sa primesc unele lămuriri, dar nu mi s-a raspuns să mi se explice cu ce am greșit. În rest totul a fost foarte bine, recomand aceasta locație, dar atent cum rasuflați acolo să nu vi sa zică ca ati rasuflat prea mult.

I would like to share my wonderful two-week stay at this property. It had absolutely everything — and even more — than one might need for a comfortable holiday: household appliances (stove, oven, extractor hood, toaster, sandwich maker, kettle, coffee machine, washing machine, air conditioners, and TVs, which we didn’t even switch on). There was also a wide variety of kitchenware, cleaning products, a beach umbrella with a towel, as well as essential toiletries and personal care items. We didn’t need to purchase anything during the first days of our stay. Upon arrival, we were even greeted with cold juice, bottled water, and prepared ice in the fridge. During our stay, we encountered two minor incidents: once we locked our keys inside the apartment, and once the electricity went out. Both issues were resolved within 15–30 minutes — truly outstanding service. Some reviewers mentioned firm mattresses and large pillows. In our experience, this comes down to personal preference, and we found them perfectly comfortable. The property is located in a quiet and peaceful area, yet only about 700 meters from the village center. Lidl and Masoutis supermarkets are within 10–15 km. For us, this was an ideal location for a comfortable, calm family holiday. Without a car, it may be inconvenient, but this is not specific to this property — traveling in Greece without a car is generally not recommended. A huge thank you to the owners for providing such cozy, clean, and well-equipped accommodation. We truly felt at home, and we will definitely be back! One minor drawback I would like to mention is the relatively slow internet connection, limited by ADSL technology (Download 25 Mbps / Upload 2 Mbps). The Wi-Fi coverage itself is excellent, but the internet speed is restricted due to the outdated infrastructure. For leisure and vacation purposes, it is more than sufficient; however, if you plan to work remotely, this may cause some inconvenience. Most likely, this is not an issue related to the property itself, but rather a technical limitation of the village, as it is a small and remote area. I would still consider this a minor downside. In any case, our overall rating for this property is a well-deserved 10+! Ένα μικρό μειονέκτημα που θα ήθελα να αναφέρω είναι η σχετικά αργή σύνδεση στο διαδίκτυο, η οποία περιορίζεται από την τεχνολογία ADSL (Download 25 Mbps / Upload 2 Mbps). Η κάλυψη του Wi-Fi είναι εξαιρετική, αλλά η ταχύτητα περιορίζεται λόγω της παλαιότερης υποδομής. Για διακοπές είναι απολύτως επαρκές· ωστόσο, αν σκοπεύετε να εργαστείτε εξ αποστάσεως, αυτό μπορεί να προκαλέσει κάποια ενόχληση. Πιθανότατα δεν πρόκειται για πρόβλημα του ίδιου του καταλύματος, αλλά για τεχνικό περιορισμό του χωριού, καθώς πρόκειται για μια μικρή και απομακρυσμένη περιοχή. Θα το θεωρούσα μειονέκτημα, αν και με αρκετή επιφύλαξη. Σε κάθε περίπτωση, η συνολική μας αξιολόγηση για το κατάλυμα είναι ένα απολύτως δικαιολογημένο 10+!

Alexandra's House in Nea Fokaia truly feels like a home away from home. We found everything we needed and even more than we expected – including a bottle of cold water in the fridge, a real blessing after a 12-hour journey. We didn’t use the kitchen, but it was fully equipped; the beds were extremely comfortable, and the terrace was elegant and welcoming – perfect for a relaxed breakfast or a quiet evening with a beer. If you prefer staying in the living room, you have a Chromecast with Netflix, Prime, and YouTube Premium at your disposal. We truly felt at home and will definitely come back.

We honestly can’t think of anything we didn’t like – everything was just perfect.

The house is equipped with everything one could possibly need! Very welcoming and homey feeling inside. There’s absolutely everything and the host is very friendly and responds right away. Thank you for welcoming us at your house!

Nu cred să fi fost nevoie de ceva și să nu fi găsit in locuință. Totul foarte organizat, bucătărie cu tot ce vrei. Parcarea e aproape de locuință, nu au fost probleme. Exista o plajă destul de frumoasa la 5 minute de mers pe jos.

Το κατάλυμα είναι ίσως το καλύτερο που έχουμε μείνει! Είναι πολύ οργανωμένο, καλαίσθητο, καθαρό έχει ότι χρειάζεται μια οικογένεια και με το παραπάνω. Υπήρχαν παντού καθαριστικά και απορρυπαντικά. Χυμός και νερά στο ψυγείο όταν φτάσαμε. Νετφλιξ - home cinema. Κλιματιστικά σε όλους τους χώρους και ανεμιστήρας οροφής στη βεράντα. Πετσέτες, σεντόνια πεντακάθαρα. Αντικουνουπικα παντού μέχρι και παιδικά. Παιχνίδια επιτραπέζια και άλλα. Κουζίνα οργανωμένη με οτιδήποτε χρειάστηκαμε. Μέχρι και βελόνα κλωστή που χρειάστηκα για να επιδιόρθωσω το καρότσι του μωρού. ΑΨΟΓΟ!

Thanks for the hospitality! Everything was as expected: very clean apartment with all the necessary equipment.

Everything was perfect. The house was in a very favorable position, easy to find and close to the beach. The details to access the house were clear and the host was very hospitable. The house was a duplex with two bedrooms, a large living room, two balconies and the most important part was the exit from the living room to a small garden that would give you peace to spend the warm evenings. Kitchen appliances were all included as well as hand towels, detergents, etc. In the living room there was a TV screen with homme cinema and netflix included. Apart from your personal clothes, you didn't have to bring anything else with you to enjoy the wonderful beaches of Kassandra, which were 10 or 20 minutes away by car from the house, because the house offers all the rest. 🙂It was admirable for the peace and comfort that the house provided. Everything was really perfect…
