Very spacious room with, as described, all the amenities that you would need for a longer time to stay. Clean bathroom, and the furniture seemed overall almost new. Lovely look towards the sea, where you can watch the ships in the harbor and the lights from the theater. Its a 30min walk to the city center and the main Bus station, but there are also good restaurants very close and a little shop in the building itself. Host was very responsive and the check in easy, just need to get used to the huge Malaysian living blocks and find the right entry.

The pool is amazing, but its a huge attraction for the many children and families staying there. For which reason their joy can become very loud and hearable up to the 9th floor of the room. If you have to concentrate, work, that might be tricky during the day, but the pool also closes at 8pm.

The workmanship on the painting and wall is smooth and clean, and decoration is good. The house is clean with Amway water filter. You have really good quality of drinking water. Everything is neat and clean and suitable for leisure. Location is strategic also with lots of eatery, or fast food shop. It is near Keblang Beach, so make it a short drive to have night view on the beach. The swimming pool is considered okay with the kids' pool. In sum, the most attractive point is that the whole building is relatively new, so you have a feeling you are enjoying everything new.
