The villa is new, so almost everything is in good condition.

This place is used by big groups of people to have their parties. Especially if you come on the Weekend. We came for a quiet weekend and got the worst possible time ever. There were FOUR different parties right next to us, with alcohol, very loud music at the pool, screams, songs, and dances. Closing the doors and windows doesn't help at all. And if you come out to the pool, you get blasted with music. The owners will not do anything, as by the law it is ok to have noise from 7AM till 11PM. We had to call the police. The police came, even though it was 8 pm and the music went off completely, at last. This terrible day was Saturday. There is a no-party rule at the property, and it's a lie, as is everything else there. We asked for a partial refund, and they refused, as everything was okay, as they said. They offered is a free additional night in this nightmare, which we woudn't take even if we were paid for it. All of the 5 star reviews here and on Google are from those party people who of course had a great time, at other people's expense. Or from the lucky few who came at a time where the rest of the Villas were empty. Also, the house Is not 140 sq.m. as advertised, as 40-50 sq.m is taken by the gym at the basement. You don't have a lot of living space in the rest of the house. It is much smaller in reality, with a thin staircase, small kitchen, etc. The owners care only to take your money, they also care that the party people have a good time and come again. For the rest of us, families who want to have a great and peaceful time, you are playing a lottery when booking this place with a 90% chance of having your vacation ruined with no money back. For the ones who understands a little deeper, there are a lot of energy traps in the house so you will feel drained of your health, wealth, energy, and much more. If you don't know how to protect yourself and your loved ones from such things, skip this place.
