Cold water, people smoking weed everywhere, sink wouldn’t drain, our door code was deleted mid stay.

Dirty. Cockroaches. A/c was out. Really dirty floors. Everywhere smelled like cigarettes. Homeless people outside. People constantly yelling in the halls.

The location and addition of a pool and hot tub.

There was no extra sheets/blankets/pillows for the pullout. The pictures made it look extremely clean compared to the actual place. The stove had to be fully shut off and on in order to work. We had to input the door code multiple times in order to get in. There was only a tiny trash in the bathroom and only a bar of soap.

For the price, this place was really pretty nice. I got a deal that would have been cheaper than a motel that was much less nice. It was clean and there was a full kitchen there for me if I needed it.

The furniture was definitely a little worse for wear. A lot of the other visitors were screaming and swearing. There was a cigarette burn on the blanket. The building smelled like a mixture of marijuana and cigarette smoke.

The location was convenient and the layout of the unit had potential for a comfortable stay.

The room had a strong unpleasant odor and did not feel properly cleaned. We encountered cockroaches starting on the first day and continued to see more throughout our stay. On our final night, after seeing multiple roaches, we reported it immediately around 9:00 PM when we returned from being out for the evening. There was a significant delay in response, no relocation was provided, and we ultimately had to remain in the room with our children. We were also charged a surprise $35 fee and an additional $10 fee that were not clearly communicated upfront. There was a delay receiving our room code at check-in as well. Overall, cleanliness, pest control, communication, and transparency regarding fees were very disappointing.
