We were not told that we would not be able to access the property due to road closures, worse when we arrived we realized there were steep, narrow stairs, lots of them to the lift, then more or the same stairs to the apartment, also the front door doesn’t open properly. The parking is not close by so also misleading.

L’appartamento non è stato pulito bene e c’erano dei piccoli cumuli di polvere. Abbiamo chiesto la culla per la bambina e non l’abbiamo trovata in camera al nostro arrivo per un loro errore. Abbiamo dovuto aspettare due ore per riceverla. Ovviamente abbiamo pagato il servizio extra (25 €) per intero senza un minimo di sconto per il disagio. La pressione dell’acqua era molto debole ed è stato molto difficile e soprattutto snervante farsi la doccia. Abbiamo trovato una delle due luci in camera da letto non funzionante e l’altra con un dimmer che se alzato al massimo faceva un effetto strobo fastidiosissimo. Il bidet perdeva acqua da sotto. Mancavano le posate. Il materasso era piuttosto scomodo.

Posizione perfetta a un passo da Piazza Maggiore, appartamento molto carino, luminoso e pulito.

Unica piccola pecca sono le scale ripide che separano dall'ascensore

Bella, pulita e letteralmente all’angolo di piazza maggiore. Sicuramente un punto di riferimento per futuri soggiorni.

Amazing location it could not be more central, super easy for all local restaurants/bars etc Super easy and great communication with the owner, easy access to the apartment building via door code and to apartment via keybox. Steep stairs to apartment might not be suitable for older guests, there is an elevator but it seemed to be out of order during our 24H stay NEGATIVE POINTS, the bathroom cleanliness was way below our expectations for the cost paid, (I run accommodation myself, and this is just a massive NO). There is no excuse anywhere for mold, we found mold on the tiles around the shower on the joints of the bathtub and skirting boards in the hallway and bathroom. The shower pressure wasn't strong enough to have a proper shower and the water just dribbled for several minutes whilst trying to shower in the evening.

The unit was located in a central location off the Piazza Maggiore, which made it very convenient. Inside the unit was very clean and spacious. Very comfortable after a day of sight seeing. Contacting the host was easy and requests were fulfilled to make the stay pleasant.

The bathroom could use some updating. The tub/shower is cramped and difficult to use.

Perfect location. Excellent host who helped us when we locked ourselves out. Huge space with plenty of room for a one bedroom.

Relatively steep steps to get up to the apartment (lift only part way).
