A very friendly and helpful host, very compassionate apartment

The property is in perfect centre location . Host Ricky is very friendly and met us at the entrance of the apartment.

It’s in the old city. The aircon worked very well. That’s all. The rest: have a look below. We can’t recommend this place. And I hope for you, that you never need the owner…

Very run down and an unreliable landlord. We can only advise against this apartment. When we arrived, the apartment was not clean (dirty dishes in the dishwasher, cutlery not clean, floor not wiped, food leftovers in the oven, dirty sponges in the kitchen, dirty windows). The apartment is very worn. In the bathroom bars and hooks used to be there, during our stay only the holders were still there. The water did not drain properly in the shower and sink. There was black mold on the bathtub and on the wall. The existing cooking pots do not work on the induction stove. We had booked the apartment specifically because of the washing machine, which was in a room in the apartment as in the Booking ad - this room was locked when we arrived and turned out to be a junk room. We reported all this to the landlords and also showed them, we never received a promised financial compensation. We left the Appartement in July and had a conversation over weeks. Nothing happened. There were only promises. Our conclusion: The owner/landlord doesn’t take anything seriously. Domani domani and nothing happened. We really waited with our rating nearly 2 months. But know we are tired of this conversations - and we really wish you good luck, if you ever need the owner. Much better advice: don’t book! Overall a very disappointing and also disgusting experience

Beautiful light airy apartment. Stunning views of rooftops if bologna from windows Well equipped. Large fridge and freezer, dishwasher. 2 min off main square. In heart of restaurants and bars. Ricky was very friendly and helpful

No curtains in lounge

Location amazing , near restaurants, shops and attractions

Bathroom needs a refurb, toilet needs attention-flush erratic.

Everything else, mainly location, bed comfys, all the toilet kits + Riccardo is really helpful and always available to help.

Wifi is bad

The location is amazing, the host is really nice, beautiful views, good price, we really like the flat but the cleaning was poor

It is a shame that the cleaning was poor if the cleaning of the property had been good I would have gave a 10 to this flat, but the bath was dirty, there was a kitchen cloth that smell so badly, and the cover for my bed didn’t smell clean
