CAThis hotel is beautiful, the pictures don't do it justice. The suites are well designed and comfortable for families and solo travellers alike. It gives the feel of a traditional ryokan with modern amenities. Staff are helpful and responsive and they helped me plan day trips around Toyooka. It's a great place to stay if you want to spend time in Kinosakionsen. I stayed there for a week.
There are no coat hooks on the first floor so you have to get creative if you have a wet coat you want to hang to dry from the rain.

This is not a complaint but rather information sharing - our twin room deluxe had ground floor access and on that floor was a toilet and beautiful bathroom. You reached the living space and bedroom via steep stairs.
