Everything was good. But the room which i was being provided didn't have a attached washroom. Although i was being provided with a private washroom it was to be locked after every use. Tge washbasin needs to be a bigger one in the washroom as the existing one is too small ahd excess spillage of water happens while using it. Some hangers can be provided in the wardrobe. These are minor issuesand can be addressed.

de kraan van de douche zat niet goed vast, maar geen echt probleem

Shocked that I was not given any room when I arrived. I had to then waste few hours rebooking another property and losing out on my appointment.

One of the best places to stay in Kochi. The room was super clean and spacious. Jazmín and her team made me feel at home and they were always very kind and helpful. I would definitely come back and I recommend it 100%
