We stay for 3 days for 4 people, but the big towel is only 6, so we need to reuse them for so many days

This was my worst experience in Japan. After asking a straight forward question I was messed around for some time, told I had to pay twice for my stay, and was at one point bombarded with 16 identical harassing and threatening emails in the space of 24 hours. The communication from customer service ensured I was anxious in the build up to my stay, as well as during and after it. It was an awful experience I'll never repeat. The wifi in the property is also very poor.

The pre-registration requesting a copy of the passports online was easy but uncomfortable because it is unclear who receives those copies and will they be deleted afterwards
MYFeeling Home & Away. The house tastefully design with a modern touch and fully furnished with all needed essential. Check-in needed some IT savvy, iPad was given and need to fill up all individual particulars. Car park conveniently located at the house entrance. Certainly will recommend this lovely house.

CHVery nice house, but it was a bit cold. However, after turning on the heat (also for the water) everything was fine. The beds are a bit hard, but that is personal preference.
The checkin process using the tablet provided was complicated. Most hotels only ask for one passport, here you need to scan all passports, make selfies and input the address etc. manually for all guests. Not a very userfriendly procedure.

JPMYThe house is relatively new and clean. All the facilities work well. Unfortunately we arrived quite late at night and only stayed for one night so can’t really enjoyed all. There is ample parking next to it which is really helpful if you are driving. The property size is reasonable comfortable for the 6 of us.
