La posizione comoda, poco distante da Trento e vicino alla fermata dell'autobus. La pulizia eccellente. La casa particolare e molto ordinata. Un bel giardinetto in cui stare. Le stanze spaziose.

Appartamento carino e abbastanza pulito.

Posizione complicata per il parcheggio. Una sola camera ha la finestra, l'altra è senza finestre e senza armadio. Il terzo letto è posizionato su quello matrimoniale ma è a misura di un bambino. Nella camera c'è un odore di muffa. Ambedue le camere da letto non hanno la porta.
