Nous sommes restés sans logement et sans remboursement. La personne qu'on a contacté pour avoir les clefs nous a dit qu'il n n'était pas à Marrakech et nous a demandé d' annuler sur le support booking. Puis il a coupé son téléphone. Je ne recommande pas cette location qui est une arnaque d autant que l' on avait réglé la totalité du séjour..

L' annulation de l' appartement par le prestataire sans qu'il n'informe booking. De plus il nous demande d' annuler à sa place par son absence alors que nous avons réservé et payé l' intégralité de la sommes et que nous souhaitions séjourné.

Another one of these scammers.. it's about time Booking.com took action.a person advertised a rental accomodation with reviews he wrote himself, a vague address with no other information. A no refund policy if you pay in advance. And absolutely no chance of finding the place. I rang the number having paid and a man answered and said he'd look into it, would ring back and hung up. He never rang back. I rang him again two hours later and said he had cancelled the booking with booking.c which I knew he hadn't, was procuring a refund which he hasn't and said he was out of the City. So.......what didn't I like? I don't like being laughed at by grasping Morrocans who know Booking.com will do nothing.
