Nice compact studio with enough room to leave our bikes in safely, close to railway station.

It was not very clean

This was really a disappointing experience.

Very poor communication, even a lack thereof, from the host. I still received no answer on matters raised during our stay. Location is in a retail building with a noisy bar next door. The front door opens up on the parking area of this business area, so no privacy. There isn't even windows that can open up. Very small with an uncomfortable layout. Definitely not big enough for 4 people, let alone older people that needs to get up and down the very steep stairs. Luggage cannot be taken to the 'rooms' which is really only a sleeping space with a mattress on the floor that you have to creep up to as you cannot stand upright. Luggage has to be left in the living space which is very small. There was no kettle provided, although it was indicated in the facilities mentioned. Only enough coffee for 1 cup and no instructions on how to use the coffee machine. The shower tap broke and hot water spewed all over the bathroom and into the kitchen It flooded the whole floor of the apartment. There was no indication of where the stop cock were and when I phoned the host, he was very rude and send the cleaning lady to assist. By the time she appeared we have averted the crises by finding the stop cock and turning of the water. And started sweeping the water out of the apartment. We were without any water for 12+ hours before a new tap was installed. We did not even get an apology for the inconvenience this caused from the host. The shower drain needs a cleaning as it did not flow out quickly enough and flooded the floor. The place needs a proper cleaning. We found dirty mugs among the crockery with coffee stains still visible. The place is really dusty. We had a booking for 4 people, but only had 3 towels. The description and photos on Booking.com are misleading.

The apartment was really close to the center of the city and the main bus station. Also, the place had all the necessary house equipment (dryer, hot water all the time etc).

It could be a little more clean. Some furniture had dust and in the bathroom we saw some ants wandering on the floor.

Unfortunately the apartment was not clean when we arrived the stairs are covered in dust and there are so many ants in the kitchen. The location is okay but feels a little uncomfortable as the building is presumably an old shop front which opens directly onto the street with people walking passed from the bar next door.

Smaller than it looks in the photographs, beds are not comfortable, cleaning is not done well.

Location was perfect, close to the station. There are two bedrooms so it felt spacious. Host was friendly and helpful. Clear checkin instruction too.
