"Unpleasant experience with poor service"

The location of this property is great - very close proximity to the airport - the only benefit of this property.

The payment for this apartment is only in cash. The lady demanded higher payment than was indicated at the booking. Was very unprofessional behaviour. The apartment has no amenities, the kitchen is fully empty and is not equipped with basic coffee/tea.  The water tap in the bathroom was broken and was constantly leaking. The very small balcony had bedlinen hanging from the previous guests and the property did not state that it is forbidden to smoke on the balcony, and the lady tried to get more money. The apartment could have good potential, but due to poor service and very low standards made our stay a very unpleasant experience.

I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and it was a truly pleasant experience. The staff was friendly, the rooms were comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming.
