La Dimora della Kalsa

Excellent property

Arrived at specified time but no one there to receive us. Could not gain access to the property. Other occupants let us in to building and told us which apartment was La Dimora della Kalsa. Alas, wrong pin given and no key there. I telephoned our contact and was told someone would arrive in half hour so Late at night sitting on a dark stairway waiting for their arrival. Eventually a lady arrived and gave us a key and opened the apartment. Fairly bad start for two female friends. Apartment itself was beautiful, spotless and very comfortable.

Clean, spacious, modern apartment. Host Giuseppe was excellent at providing guidance for both the apartment and recommendations on things to do and places to eat.

Lounge area didn’t get natural light, although bedrooms both did.

This 2 bed apartment is beautifully set up for a stay in Palermo and to explore surrounding towns. We stayed here 3 weeks and appreciated the clean apartment, well set up kitchen, spotless bathrooms and comfortable beds. The hosts are very helpful and responsive. The location is good in Kalsa, walking distance to all the history in the Centro Storico and one block back from the seafront t and newly set up tourist harbor area for a good running track. So - everything good. Tutto bene

Only minor issue would be living/ dining area would be quite cramped for 4 people. No problems at all for 2 people

This apartment was immaculate perfection. Everything was superbly presented. The host was super helpful too. Such a fantastic standard of decoration and finish and fairly convenient in terms of location. Most sights of interest were a 15-20 minute walk away or less and it was away from all the major hustle and bustle of busier areas. I would not hesitate to come back here again.

We had an amazing 5-day stay at this beautiful apartment! It was incredibly comfortable, in a perfect, new condition and had everything we needed for a stay away from home. Located in a central part of Kalsa, a historical neighborhood of Palermo, it was easy to explore the area and enjoy the local attractions. The hosts were exceptionally professional, friendly, and helpful, providing us with detailed information about the accommodation and useful tips about its location. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and 100% recommend this place to anyone looking for a fantastic stay!
