Apartamento espacioso y cercano al centro de estudios

Muy ruidoso. Mala insonorización de las ventanas, al ser un bajo se escuchaba todo lo que pasaba en la calle. La ducha es demasiado pequeña, no apta para personas robustas y altas. No se pueden abrir las contras de las ventanas, por lo que no hay luz solar.

Квартира расположена около шумной дороги .Да, безусловно добраться до туристической зоны и шопинг центров очень легко и близко ,но сам район не очень чистый и приятный. Так же в квартире есть неприятный запах , возможно от готовки предыдущих жильцов . Отсутствие геля для душа и средства для мытья посуды .

The apartment was missing some basics like knives for cutting, a cutting board, detergent for washing dishes, paper towel towels…..things you would normally find in other rentals. The biggest problem is that there are problems with the electrical circuit board. During four days we lost electricity at least seven or eight times. Each requires you to exit the unit to the building entrance and access the circuit board. Wonderful Italy, the rental agent, never answered our WhatsApp messages the first 2 1/2 days of our stay. Was not a good experience.

The accommodation was very good. The location worked really well for us — public transport was close by, and we could easily walk everywhere. The apartment was beautifully decorated, and the well-functioning air conditioning was a great relief. The staff were quick to respond. There were just a few small things that bothered us: occasionally, the electricity would cut off, and we had to enter a door in the stairwell to flip the circuit breaker back on. We weren’t informed about this in advance, so the first time it happened, we were quite confused. Otherwise, the apartment was super clean, but the shower cabin could use a deep cleaning. The kitchen equipment was a bit limited — for example, there were no knives other than a bread knife — but we managed just fine.

The neighborhood is great, 5 minutes to Mercato del Capo, 10 minute walk to Teatro Massimo. Bakery on the corner, great cafe on the corner with amazing pastries and service. 15 minute walk to supermarket, 5 minute walk to pharmacy. Comfortable bed. Air conditioning.

It was very dusty when I arrived, specially the floors. There were dust bunnies everywhere. No cleaning supplies were provided. Had to go buy cleaning things and clean myself. I had a busy schedule of school and work the week I arrived and reported this at the end of the week rather than the first day. Was offered a cleaning, when I offered a day to schedule it, no answer was given. Every time I messaged had to explain the whole thing again, there was no follow up and at the end of the stay I was denied credit for the $85 cleaning fee, that I felt was ludicrous to charge after I had to clean, I requested a change of sheets, because I stayed a whole month, prior to arriving, during check in and later on message. They were not provided ever and later I was told they had to charge for them if provided. The furniture is old and lumpy. There is a patch of mold by the door that was painted over but as days went by bubbled up and peeled off. The entrance to the shower measures exactly 34cm. It is hard to get in and the whole shower is about one square meter, bending over is not possible. The rest of the bathroom is huge, wish they would enlarge the shower a bit. Also some accountability for things that were wrong would have been nice.
