Hotel Newyork by Stayzy Rooms

I liked nothing it was the worst nightmare for us Staffs were really rude as if we are staying there for free we had one visitor n we asked the receptionist to let her in for 1 hr but he denied as if we are living in 90’s and it’s illegal to entertain visitors. At night i woke up realising there is a big hole in ceiling and a rat was run around it was so horrible that my partner had to stuff a plastic glass to cover the hole. We intended to stay there for a week but had to walk off the property after a night itself. Its the worst place to book your stays

Room was ok, and, clean. Peeled off wallpaper all over the place. Staff was courteous.

Their staff was very respectful, they were behaving very nicely.

The TV in the room was not working, I asked for a room change but they didn’t do it. I stayed for 2 days, and there was a big water problem in the washroom.
