Bed was uncomfortable Sheet/blanket were full size although bed was queen size Smelled musty/moldy White towels had brown stains on them TV was on the wall in an area that made if very uncomfortable to watch

Convenient location to our activities. Staff was very accommodating and pleasant.

Had to walk next-door to another hotel for morning coffee.

Loved the firepit area. Jacuzzi tub was nice.

The location, we've come to harbor view for the past 5 years for our anniversary. This year it was rainy and we were unable to use firepit or grill. The motel room was clean for the most part but when we walked in it had a huge musty smell which wasn't very pleasant.

No ice machine. No pop or snack machine. No complimentary breakfast on property. You had to go to motel next door.

had to check out immediately 10 seconds after arriving - bathroom was not wheelchair accessible despite the fact we were told it was - couldn't come close to accessing the toilet - manager was friendly but someone misled us - luckily we were quickly told the cost of the room would be refunded - we'll see how long it take, right, Booking.com??
