Boiler did not work for 3 days so no shower or hot water. Roof leaked like a sieve all night and day, had to put towels and pots on the floor to catch the drips. Bed was like sleeping on a park bench. Were told we would get 5 days refunded. This never happened we was offered a 47€ discount on our next trip, Terrible servive and we were lied too with no recourse as neither the host or booking.com are answering our emails

The apartment was on a quiet street with very little background noise, but still just a few minutes walk from the Metro. The apartment itself was a good size, with good air conditioning and decent pressure/temperature in the shower.

We were given the wrong door code and the phone number for the host was incorrect, so we had to spend 20 minutes standing outside the apartment trying to make a chatbot understand the problem before eventually giving us the correct code. Once inside, we discovered that the Velux windows in the ceiling had no blinds, so we were woken up at 6am every morning by blinding sunlight. Other, lesser problems: - The bathroom door did not close properly, and had to be wedged shut from outside - No lamps, light switches or plug sockets within reach of the bed - The front door could not be locked from the inside to keep people out while we were in the room

The place was nice and clean. Provided us the facility to keep our bags at the place after check out too. Quite responsive.

Wifi issue, no ventilation in the washroom, needs little updates like elevator.

Good location and nice and quiet also . Plenty of local amenities nearby and great base from which to explore the city and at a budget rate

Initially a strong sewage smell from the bathroom . Blinds didn’t cover all of the windows and no mirror in the apartment at all .
