Close to beach town golf & natural beauty spots

The place was very clean and very well equipped. Tastefully furnished. Very close to Montrose centre. Walk within 10 minutes. Beds comfy. Overall, I was very impressed and would return for more visits to Montrose.

There was nothing that we could say we did not like.

Nice and clean and liked the decor

Welcoming, cosy but modern. All the facilities that you need. Fab location. Couldn’t fault it & will definitely be back.

Clean, quiet, comfortable, very pleasantly decorated internally

Lacked the extras needed in a short term let e.g. sugar, salt&pepper, kitchen paper towel. washing powder, toilet brush, liners in bins. You don't want to buy these items for a short stay. Almost non existent on washing up liquid, Only just enough toilet paper. Didn't cook so cannot comment on those facilites. Duvet too warm for summer. Lots of short term lets provide a few tea bags and milk as a welcome, I don't expect that but these low cost extras make a big difference so you don't have to rush out to a supermarket.

Clean and a good location

Only thing was steps a bit steep only because we had a 76 year old with a walking stick

The appartment is quite large with a nice lounge that includes a sofa and a television The Bedrooms were good and had a lot of storage space The kitchen had an oven microwave and included lots of utensils The free WIFI worked well Car parking was very easy as plenty of space in the next road Check in process was straightforward mainly due to the good communications that I had recieved prior to my stay Overall a very nice stay
