MXEl personal muy amable 😊 en todo el tiempo la habitación estuvo lista antes del horario de entrega.. el aire acondicionado muy bien en la sala y cuarto la alberca limpia, y en la cocina todo lo necesario para un café o cocinar algo la ubicación excelente y el precio igual 😃
Muy cerca de ahí no hay tiendas ni nada Pero bueno eso no es culpa de la dueña o así solo las tiendas si están lejos
MXLa habitación es amplia y la casa en general es cómoda, está limpia y ordenada. Me gusto la decoración de las areas comunes.
En caso de acudir con niños pequeños, se debe tener cuidado con la alberca, ya que, aunque la alberca es pequeña de un lado está más profunda. No vi que hubiera señalamientos de profundidad.
MXLa casa es más amplia de lo que pensaba. 😃😃😃 Todo super bien, estuvimos muy cómodos, la recomiendo 💯.
Reservé la casa por tener 3 habitaciones, casi al llegar fuí informada de que "no compartiría con nadie más la propiedad" (con ese comentario entendí que alguien más podría haber reservado al mismo tiempo); para nada nos hubiera gustado compartir con extraños. Valdría la pena aclarar si la renta de cada habitación se realiza de forma independiente.

USThis villa is very comfortable and could actually be a permanent place to live in :-) I had room # 1, which is very spacious, with a large sliding door to the pool. The bed was very comfortable, the A/C worked very well. The attached bathroom is very spacious as well, with a great shower. The common living area is a very nice open space with a large dining table, a family room and a fully equipped kitchen. Another A/C unit keeps this large space very comfortable as well. This villa is VERY pleasant. It's also a 3-minute walk to the very long public beach, and if you kite-surf, the closest kiting school is only a 10-minute walk from the villa. And there is a nice sitting area on the roof top. Last but not least, the host, Simona, is very friendly, on top of everything, always reachable, and responding very quickly, making sure that my stay was the most pleasant one. Thank you.
Nothing that I did not like or was not aware of, but if you want to also spend time downtown Progreso, just be aware that it's ~ 2.5 miles away. There are buses if you don't have your own car.

FYI--The owner is very up front about having two cats. I was told that the cats were confined to the owners bedroom (directly across the hall from mine) and the backyard. They actually have the run of the entire house, which means you are cleaning long white cat hair from your clothing all the time. It's not a huge issue, but if you don't like cats, you may want to book elsewhere.

USExceptionally clean and quiet with a fully equipped kitchen to meet a persons cooking needs. It’s a home away from home. Simone is the “hostess with the mostest”. A place to R&R!
To central Progreso, it’s walkable. Cooler if down along the beach (water). Otherwise, taxis are available.
