I liked the apartment and also the host, it was easy to communicate and everything else was ok.

Lovely, beautiful and very clean apartments. There is everything you need for living even for a long period. Quiet area. Comfortable bed and pillows. Everything is thought out to the smallest detail. Convenient registration. Elena is a friendly and helpful hostess. We will be very happy to recommend these apartments to our friends.

The apartment looked the same as in photos and had a fresh look and feel. The communication with the host prior to arrival was smooth and easy. The self-checkin process was also a breeze. The location is decent and there's always a free parking spot to find in the neighborhood.

The apartment had yellow ants infestation all over the kitchen surfaces and bathroom on the second day of our stay. This really affected what seemed to be a very pleasant stay by that point. It was uncomfortable and frustrating to make sure we don't accidentally bring them home with our belongings. On top of that, we didn't even prepare any food in the apartment during our stay that would attract them. We spent a lot of time removing them as much as we could and going through all of our stuff before entering our home. One other minor nice to have in the apartment that was missing was slippers, since the floors were really cold and uncomfortable to walk on when wearing only socks.

Everything wonderful

Great apartment, everything is new, modern and clean. The pictures are exactly the same as the actual condition of the apartment. A large number of shops and public tram transport are nearby. Parking in front of the building is public and free of charge. The communication with the host is excellent and simple, as is the independent collection of the keys upon arrival and departure.

During the day there is plenty of free parking space, but in the evening it is quite difficult to find a free parking space. The tram is nearby and goes directly to the city center, so I suggest future guests to consider going to the center by public transport.
