Being locked in so we couldn't leave when we had told the staff we would need to leave early. Staff not friendly and we're condescending. We had to phone five times before they unlocked the door. Our tour thankfully waited for us. Being locked in overnight (from the outside) was a potentially dangerous situation in case of medical issue or fire.

Cozy riad, nice decor in patio

The location is excellent. The central foyer is gorgeously decorated. The breakfast was nice.

The staff were nice and helpful, but they pushed us on buying tours more than we would have liked. There are also two separate riads (Yamna and Iline) and this should be clearer on the booking to avoid confusion. They are beside one another and operated by the same staff.

Great place, great location and excellent service ! the staff was very attentive to our needs and very available for any questions. Breakfast was very good as well. I would definitely return !
