Riad dar Yamna

It is such a beautiful riad. Roof top is amazing with unique views. They came to pick me up at a safe and easy to find location. The staff is very nice. I came here for the second time and plan to stay here again when I will come back to Fez

I had an excellent stay at the Riad! The breakfast was delicious and varied. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable with high-quality beds. a magnificent view on the terrace The staff were attentive and always willing to help. The location is perfect, everything is close by. I highly recommend!

The only good thing is the location and nice “lobby” area. This by no means compensate the terrible rooms and staff.

Upon arrival, we were told the price we paid was “too low” and forced to pay more in cash (not the municipal tax). The room didn’t match the description – it was damp, smelled horrible, noisy, and uncomfortable. The property pressures guests to cancel bookings and pay cash, hiding bad reviews. Check Google – all 5-star reviews look fake, likely written by bots. The only honest reviews are 1-star from others who had the same experience. Avoid this place at all costs. They will deny everything but you have been warned.

The hotel is very beautiful ，it's in a good place ，easy to find . The room is clean and big . And ，the staff is very friendly ，they help to recommend the good way to visit the town . We leave very early in the morning ，the staff prepared the take away breakfast in advance . Wish to visit this hotel next time .

Everything was ok

Due to renovations we were given an upgrade to a fabulous room, the staff could not have been more helpful. They organised a couple of fantastic tours for us - thank you. Would definitely stay here again.

Very clean, easy to find, staff met us in the batha square. Breakfast included.

Shower

Riad looks nice (especially common places), good location (near to Medina)

The room is small, the functionality of the shower is not great. Description how to go to the hotel and park is not clearly described. The staff was confused (they asked many times for the same information). And in my opinion - They imposed a lot of their service, which was not entirely pleasant (we didn't find it that way in other hotels in Morocco).

Riad looks amazing - all those green and white tiles and then the lobby in marble... it's simply breathtaking. Location was perfect, just a short walk to Medina. Breakfast was pretty good as well, mostly sweet, but that's what you need early in the morning. :) Coffee and tea were served too. Oh yeah, I mustn't forget to mention the staff, the guys were really helpful too (picked us up on Batha square, told us where to print stuff...).
