Spotless and well appointed. Very good value, with a friendly and helpful host.

We were made very welcome by Sunny & he showed us how everything worked. The space was brilliant with everything we needed. It was very comfortable & we felt at home. Parking was easy on the street & it was close to a bus stop, supermarket & restaurants. We stayed 6 nights here and it was a good base for exploring the Jurassic Coast & surrounds.

Sunny was a very friendly and accommodating host, and explained everything in detail. The facilities were superb - an entire flat, completely self-contained, for the price of a typical hotel. [And nice and quiet too, which isn't always the case in a hotel.] Having the fridge freezer, hob, and microwave, was very handy. (There was even a washing machine, but I didn't make use of it.) The location was ideal for where I was going.

Lovley, cozy and modern flat. Sunny the owner was very helpful. He showed us the flat and recommended some palace to visit. Fully equipped kitchen. Highly recommend. Thank you Sunny for having us:)

Everything was good

The accommodation was well located close to bus routes into town as well as several local supermarkets and a lovely little park directly opposite. The apartment itself was well equipped, clean and smart with some lovely furnishings and a small garden with table and chairs which we were free to use.. The host was welcoming and informative. He met us on arrival, gave us a brief tour of the facilities in the apartment and told us about the surrounding area. We took his advice on the last day of our stay and drove to Southbourne Beach where we spent a lovely few hours walking along the cliff tops culminating in brunch in a beach front cafe. A memorable few days!
